This one was a bit of a challenge from the start.
The homeowner loved the look of a smooth silicone render finish but had concerns about just how uneven the existing walls were. To make things even more difficult, they were planning to install soffit lighting around the property, which would shine directly across the walls and highlight every little imperfection.
Because of this, they were very close to choosing a roughcast finish instead.
